Rani Mukerji meets Prince Charles at charity dinner in London
Mumbai: Rani Mukerji, who is currently in London, attended a charity dinner on Tuesday hosted by The British Asian Trust at the Banqueting House. The special charity event was also attended by Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall.
According to reports the non profit organization that focuses on girl trafficking felicitated Rani for her contribution to the cause through her blockbuster film ‘Mardaani’.
Aslo present at the charity dinner was Nobel Peace Prize winner Kailash Satyarthi. The actress wore a gold creation by one of her favourite designers Sabyasachi, and completed the look with scarlet lips and a neat hairdo.
Last week Rani’s super hit from last year, Yash Raj Films' ‘Mardaani’ premiered in Poland at the Kino Muranow theatre in Warsaw on 28th January. The film will have its theatrical release in Poland on 5th February.
