Boy threatens to blow up school after scolding

The boy was scolded by a teacher for not completing his homework

Lucknow: A minor boy has been detained by the police in Bahraich district for allegedly threatening to blow up his school after he was scolded by a teacher for not completing his homework.

The class VIII student sent text messages threatening to blast the school and the police station.

He sent the message to his teacher Ambrish Tiwari and also Payagpur station officer, Pawan Singh, posing as a member of IS. The messages also mentioned the name of IS chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Every nook and corner of the school was searched but nothing was found. Later, the number used for sending the SMS was traced and the police zeroed in on the boy who confessed.
