The event was a whacky initiative towards promoting safe sex in a fun and fashionable way.
Over 2 lac condoms were used in the making of these dresses.
The event was a competition taking place over 2 months of time and saw A.D.Singh, a designer based in Mumbai and Amy Billimoria, a distinguished celebrity fashion designer as the judge.
The first of its kind event in Mumbai was a blend of creativity, exchange of ideas, grooming talent and making a bold statement with condoms!
Students from Pearl Academy, INIFD and WLCI came together and designed clothes for the event.
It brought together 36 teams comprising of 78 students from 11 institutes in the city to design and create chic costumes using just condoms.
The glamorous event was organised to break the taboo towards condoms and promote safe sex.
