Should’ve hurled both my slippers: Sambhavna Seth
Sambhavna Seth, who is the latest contestant to be evicted from the Bigg Boss house, says she thoroughly enjoyed her short stint inside. “I think I managed to improve my image of a hot-headed, bad-tempered girl. During my Big Boss stint earlier, I earned a negative image. I wanted to change that. I think I succeeded,” says Sambhavna.
We remind her of the time she hurled a slipper at fellow contestant Dimpy. But Sambhavna is not the least apologetic about that. “I should have hurled both my slippers at her and aimed better. Dimpy is not someone I hold in high regard. She is whiny and does natak all the time. Being straight-forward myself, I don’t like such double standards. Why only once? I can hurl my slippers repeatedly at such people. I am a hot-head Punjabi girl. I can’t take nonsense.”
Despite this incident, Sambhavna believes she has redeemed her image. “People got to see my humorous side. Of course mujhe gussa bada jaldi aata hai (I lose my cool quickly), but I think I have a wicked sense of humour.” She is thankful for the friends she earned inside the house Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna. “I really didn’t get to see as much of their mutual affection as I’d have liked to. You say they were caught kissing in the dark. I wish I had seen that. I was constantly craning my neck to see what they were up to. Whatever the nature of their relationship, I consider them my friends.”
However, it is Gautam Gulati that she is rooting for to take home the moolah. “He is good. But more importantly, we are neighbours. We live in the same building. So it’s my duty to support him. I stay on the 3rd floor, he’s on the 19th floor.”
Sambhavna was all set to start work as an actress in a new serial based on the life of Razia Sultan. But now she may have to opt out. “My knee injury is acting up and I may have to go for a surgery. If that happens, I won’t be able to work for a while,” she says.
