Salman Khan has decided to lie low for some time according to sources close to the actor. First he discontinued his role as a host on television show Bigg Boss, and now Salman has instructed his team and his bodyguards not to allow visitors on the sets of his films.
Apparently the actor isn’t in the “right frame of mind” to socialise and has also kept away from close friends for a while. Salman’s friends Sajid Nadiadwala and a few actors have been trying to get in touch with him, but in vain.
A close friend of the actor says, “He was supposed to do a photo shoot for Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, but abruptly postponed it for no specific reason. He has, however, assured the director that the shoot will resume without a glitch in the first week of February.”
Adds the source, “In the past too, when his legal trials were in the limelight, Salman had chosen to lie low because he knows how much media attention it garners. Not wanting to meet people or barring cameras on the sets is his way of protecting his privacy and one must respect that.”
