Akshay Kumar has indefinitely postponed the shooting of his next film Singh is Bling directed by Prabhu Deva.
Apparently, Prabhu wrapped up all his prior commitments and sat with Akshay to discuss the script, but the actor disagreed with certain parts of it.
A source said, “Akshay met the team of Singh is Bling and heard the subject at length. The idea didn't hit the right note and he suggested certain changes to the script.
They had plans to take the film on floors by February or March this year, but now that seems to have been indefinitely postponed.”
Singh is Bling was to take forward the Singh is King franchise that starred Katrina Kaif in 2008. Vipul Shah had produced Singh is King, but Jayantilal Gada and Ashwini Yardi will be producing Singh is Bling.
So what happens with Akshay’s dates? The source added, “Akshay is currently shooting for Brothers. He’ll finish that in a month and most likely start shooting for Airlift.”
