It has been confirmed that the actors did not have a secret engagement in London

Mumbai: Rumours of Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s ‘secret’ engagement have been doing the rounds ever since the couple set out on their year-end vacation in London and New York.
According to reports, Ranbir made a stop in London where he met Katrina’s family and the alleged engagement took place before flying to New York to ring in the New Year. Pictures of Katrina sporting a huge rock on her ring finger also led fans to believe that the secret engagement may have taken place in London.
However the reports are untrue. There is reportedly no proof or truth to justify the alleged engagement.
