Srikakulam: Mild tremors were felt in Pollada, Kotha Agraharam, Devalabhadra, Pedatamarapalli and few other villages under Nandigam mandal in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh.
The tremors were experienced around 3:45 am on Monday morning.
As the doors and windows slightly rattled, people ran out of their houses for safety. No causally or damage to property has been reported so far.
However, officials said that it was a very low quake like phenomenon and the tremors have been caused due to various other reasons.
