Protest against Telangana State principal secretary Raymond Peter

The leaders of Dalit Christian were shooed away by his guards
Hyderabad: A group of associations belonging to the Dalit Christians lodged a case of atrocity against the Telangana State principal secretary Raymond Peter with the State Human Right Commission.
The complainant claimed that during the Christian Bhavan program in city, the leaders of Dalit Christian were shooed away by his guards.
“We Dalit Christians have been looked down by Mr Raymond Peter on many occasions. Though he is an upper caste Christian from Kerala, he has no right to ill treat us.
We were shooed away from the dais by his people, as the TS Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was present at the Christian Bhavan foundation stone program,” said Vijay Raju of Indian Dalit Christian Rights.
Another representative of All Indian Dalit Christian, Solomon Raj, said, “when we went to meet him at his chambers, he was rude to us and used derogatory language.”
SHRC directed the state to give detailed report by the next hearing.
