Outsted DMK leader said that he wont return until party ‘cleanses itself’

Chennai: Former Union minister and ousted DMK leader M.K. Alagiri on Sunday ruled out the possibility of returning to DMK until the party ‘cleanses itself’. When asked to elaborate on who he was talking about in the party, Alagiri shot back saying that everyone knew who he was talking about.
“You have been writing about it every day, don’t you know who it is,” he said upon arrival from Madurai at the Chennai airport at around 1 pm. When asked about rumours regarding MK Stalin’s resignation from all party positions, Alagiri said that he was not concerned about people who do not matter.
