Class 10 students kidnap 9-year-old, slit his throat
Lucknow: Three students of Class X have been arrested in Ayodhya for kidnapping a 9-year-old boy and slitting his throat after they failed to get the ransom.
According to police, Harsh, son of a priest Ranganath Achari, left his house on Wednesday to meet a friend. On the way, three boys offered to drop him and Harsh went with them without any idea that he was being abducted. The boys demanded Rs 5 lakh as ransom.
Mr Achari informed the police who tracked the location of the boys. The boys panicked and slit Harsh’s throat. The boy is in a critical condition.
