Moto G 4G LTE smartphone to be unveiled soon

The upcoming Moto G 4G LTE device will sport a large battery

Motorola launched its new series of second-generation handsets - Moto G, Moto E and Moto X in 2014. However, recent reports state that Motorola is planning to introduce 4G LTE handsets in 2015.

AndroidPolice and GSMArena reported that the company will launch a 16GB variant of the upcoming Moto G 4G LTE. The upcoming Moto G 4G LTE’s 5-inch display will come with Gorilla Glass 3 protection carrying a screen resolution of 720x1280 pixels.

The 4G LTE device will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC, coupled with 1GB of RAM. Motorola’s new dual-SIM handset will run on Android 4.4.4 KitKat, which will receive an upgrade of 5.0 Lollipop operating system later.

Media reports also speculate that the Moto G 4G LTE device will be fuelled with a large battery. i.e. Moto G 4G LTE may carry a 2,390mAh battery, as compared to the 2070mAh in the 3G variant of Moto G.
