Murali Vijay, who has been impressive in the series, failed to create magic on Tuesday. He fell prey to Josh Hazlewood in front of the stumps. Shikhar Dhawan was sent back to the pavilion by Ryan Harris for a duck.

Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane started from where they left but soon after tea, Ryan Harris got the better of the Indian vice-captain. Cheteshwar Pujara has joined Rahane in the middle.
