Mumbai: Reacting on the Pakistan’s Islamabad high court order suspending the detention of alleged 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks co-conspirator Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam, on Monday said that India should take up the matter with the United Nations Organisation.
According to Mr Nikam, who was the public prosecutor in the 26/11 case in Mumbai, Pakistan is indulging in theatrics.
He said, “I am constrained to say this as Lakhvi had announced that he will challenge the government’s order to detain him despite the trial court granting him bail.
Since he was not able to get benefit of bail, he was bound to challenge the decision.
