Hyderabad: Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan sent the AP Capital Region Development Authority Bill to the law department after singing it for further processing.
Raj Bhavan sources said that according to rules, after receiving the Bill from the Assembly secretariat, the Governor must sign and send it to law department.
Then law department after scrutiny, will send the file to municipal administration and urban development principal secretary.
He, after approving it, will send it to municipal minister for his approval. The minister will send the file after signing to the CM. Which woud in turn be sent for the Governor’s approval.
