'Ghar Wapsi' planned in Karnataka
Mangaluru: The Karnataka unit of Akhila Bharath Hindu Mahasabha is gearing up for “Marali Matru Dharmakke” (Back to mother religion) programme on the lines with ‘Ghar wapsi’ in Mangaluru.
Spokesperson of the outfit Dharmendra K. said that the programme will be held in 2015 and the dates are yet to be finalised. “Hindu Mahasabha has been conducting such programmes without any publicity for many years. In Mangaluru, it will be held at Arya Samaja,” Mr Dharmendra said on Friday.
“We have identified around 150 people from Muslim and Christian communities who are willing to come back to Hinduism. But we don’t wish to reveal details of such people,” he added. The organisation also demanded that the Centre declare Nathuram Godse as a national personality.
