Mumbai: Women do go through a time of the month when they menstruate, and it’s popularly called periods. Periods are by far the most trying, confusing and sometimes even painful times for a few women. Weakness, cravings for food and sweets, mood swings, pain. The problems don’t seem to end at all. Not for the week that the period stays for. In this youtube video by Superwoman, she tries explaining the pain, irritation and annoyance that a woman goes through during her periods.
