Revealed: Hitler is the main villain in Dibakar Banerjee's 'Byomkesh Bakshy'

Mumbai: Dibakar Banerjee's 'Detective Byomkesh Bakshi' is all set for a April 10 release. While the motion poster and teaser released two days ago, new reports have emerged about the villian in the film. According to DNA, the villian is none other than Adolf Hitler in this historical thriller.
Throughout the history of mankind there have been some rulers that use fear and terror to gain control of their people. They rule with an iron fist and an unrelenting thirst for power and recognition. And the Nazi leader has been of the most ruthless of the villains that have existed in world history.
The report goes on to suggest that 'Byomkesh Bakshy' is a period film set in 1943 that potrays an old world Kolkata against the backdrop of the Second World War. Hitler's reign was at its peak and the director has carefully used that element as a part of this period film.
Sushant Singh Rajput will be seeing playing the detective (a character written by famour Bengali author Saradindu Bandopadhyay), but it would interesting to see who essays the role of The Fuhrer.
