Imphal: Three people were killed and four injured in an IED blast in Khoyathong area of Imphal on Saturday evening.
Immediately after the blast, police officials and forensic experts rushed at the spot to investigate the incident.
All the dead and injured are non-local migrant labors, including one from Nagaland.
