'I am missing Sanjay Dutt', says Aamir Khan at 'PK' live chat
Ranveer Singh joined Aamir Khan in a live chat to promote 'PK'
Mumbai: Aamir Khan and Ranveer Singh recently took on questions from fans for his upcoming movie 'PK' which releases today and it turned out to be an interesting chat session between the two powerhouses of talents.
Aamir Khan revealed that the 'battery recharge' step was originally invented by director Rajkumar Hirani. The team had earlier tried a lot of steps but ultimately Raju's idea was zeroed upon. The concept of the step he says is a 'non-dance dance'. Ranveer Singh, who is seems to be in sync with the line of thought and says singing and dancing does something to you physiologically. Aamir fondly called it the 'Batteriya Recharge dance' in PK's Bhojpuri accent.

On being aked about his favourite song from the film, Aamir took some time to think, but Ranveer was quick to say that his favourite is 'Tharki chokro'. , 'The song has a great rhythm. And Sanju (Sanjay Dutt) has done so well. I’m missing him. I read in the papers that he has applied for applied for leave and we were all hoping that he will be there during PK’s release. But the movie is releasing tomorrow, so I don’t think he will be there," Aamir elaborated. Ranveer Singh broke into an impromptu jig on remembering the song. Aamir also went on to say that he is working for the first time with Sanjay Dutt and there is a lot of warmth in him. He felt like he was working with his elder brother and that vibe will reflect on the screen. Aamir revealed that Sanjay Dutta had even suggested that the both of them should do a movie on comic series Asterix and Obelix together.
Aamir took more questions from his fans in the live chat and said he took four months to learn Bhojpuri, which he will be seen speaking in the movie. He added that it took him so long as he was practising only two hours a day.
