His son wants to forget the episode as a nightmare

Hyderabad: Eswar Reddy says that the Sydney police had taken Viswakanth for a medical check up after the hostage crisis was over and he returned home late at night, terribly exhausted.
Eswar finally got to talk to Viswakanth at around 4.30 am on Tuesday morning. His son told him that the terrorist, Iran-born Man Haron Monis, had asked the hostages to line up in rows and remain quiet, else he would kill them.
The hostages had waited for Monis to tire but he had remained vigilant throughout. Viswakanth also told his father that the terrorist had apparently not reacted when some hostages had run out of the cafe seconds before the commando operation had started.
Eswar said that his son’s wife Shilpa was taking care of him and he was not willing to talk to the media yet. He appealed to the media not to disturb Viswakanth who wanted to put the entire episode behind him.
A relieved Eswar Reddy and his wife Sulochana said that they have offered special pujas in the early hours on Tuesday for the safe return of Viswakanth.
