Ranbir Kapoor turns thief in 'Roy' motion poster

The movie is slated to hit the theaters on February 13, 2015.

Mumbai: Bhushan Kumar's Roy has come up with a motion poster and it is a treat of all the Ranbir Kapoor fans. The film will be helmed by debutant director Vikramjit Singh. The 35 second clip can be called more of a teaser and creates ample suspense. The poster starts coming to life as an old film unrolls with a sombre music playing at the background. The words 'A thief' appear on screen and then Ranbir Kapoor's image is flashed across the screen. He can be seen staring at a urabn city skyline where the Malaysian Twin Towers can be spotted.

An old typewriter keeps clicking in the background through the clip, and Arjun Rampal can we spotted sitting with a vintage typewriter. Jacqueline Fernandes strikes a ballerina poses and the poster ends with the promise of a trailer on December 19.
The three actors are highlighted in the animated version of the poster without giving out much details. The darkness is conveyed through the use of black white in which all three actors are depicted.
For Ranbir Kapoor fans, hopefully 'Roy' will wipe off the bad taste of 'Besharam'. We already know, that Ranbir plays the role of a thief named Roy and Arjun Rampal as a film maker in the film.
T-Series's ‘Waiting for Baby trailer' trended for over a month on social media and it looks like fans have once again taken the same path. Social Media has been abuzz with 'Waiting for ROY trailer' trend for the last two days.
