Hyderabad: Telangana employees are upset with the Kamalnathan Committee for not probing the fake schooling certificates submitted by Seemandhra employees to claim nativity of TS.
They have alleged that around 35,000 Seemandhra employees are working in Hyderabad in various departments and most of them submitted fake schooling certificates from Class IV to X to ensure that they were allotted to Telangana.
“We have submitted repeated representations to the committee to inquire into the complaints of fake schooling certificates submitted by the Seemandhra employees. But, the committee has not bothered to look into the issue till now. Most of the schools which issued the certificates no longer exist,” said G. Devi Prasad, chairman, Telangana Employees JAC.
The JAC has threatened to launch agitation programmes, if the committee fails to respond by December 31. “Many Seemandhra employees working in Hyderabad are sure to choose TS.
For this, they are submitting fake schooling certificates. This should not be allowed. Genuine TS employees will not get the chance to work in Hyderabad and no fresh vacancies would arise,” he said.
The committee is currently in the process of identifying posts in each department that need to be distributed between both states. It has already completed the process in over 30 departments.
