Hyderabad: A petition was filed by K. Mehfuz Ali Khan, an accused in the OMC scam, at the special court for CBI cases in Nampally. The court posted the matter for counter.
Mr Khan requested the court to grant him permission as he was in judicial remand even after the CBI had completed its probe in the case.
