Venkatesh believes in celebrating his birthdays with a difference. He prefers a simple and quiet celebration and prefers to go to out of Hyderabad and visit some dargah or ashram.
He plans such visits even if he is shooting. “He is an ardent follower of Ramana Maharishi and he is planning to go to Bengaluru or to visit Ramana Maharishi ashram in Arunachalam,” says a source close to the actor.
Venkatesh returned to Hyderabad from Varanasi after completing the shooting for his film Gopala Gopala, but like other Tollywood celebrities, the actor didn’t encourage his fans to come to Hyderabad and celebrate his birthday this Saturday.
He is, in fact, out of the city even now. “He wishes to spend the whole day in complete peace. He wants to distance himself from everything on that particular day,” says the source.
