Sonam Kapoor has raised quite a few eyebrows with her look in her upcoming film Dolly Ki Doli that has also been trending online for a while now.
The actress who plays a bride who defies tradition says that the shoot was anything but easy. Sonam says,“For Dolly Ki Doli we were working against deadlines, it was hard work but fun, I put in about two-and-a-half to almost three shifts in a day.
I worked for close to 22 hours a day and got very less sleep. All our hard work paid off and the shoot concluded nicely.”
Talking about her favourite movies she says, “I very am fond of all the movies that I worked in, but if you do want my favourites then Aisha, Raanjhanaa, Delhi-6, Khubsoorat, and my debut film Saawariya are on the list.”
Sonam has had quite a few good films to her credit. So, does success at the box office matter to her? “Oh, yes it does.
If your film is successful at the box office, the media and the film fraternity appreciate it. I do not mean that my films need to get Rs 100 Rs 200 crore at the box office, but I do want them to make a profit and be termed a hit,” says the actress.
With Dolly Ki Doli, Sonam has now worked with another Khan Arbaaz Khan and she says, “I have done films with both Salman (Salman did a cameo in Saawariya) and Arbaaz Khan.
While Arbaaz signed me for Dolly Ki Doli, I have also been signed opposite Salman in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. Both the Khans keep teasing me. Don’t ask me to choose between them, both are my favourites! I love both of them.”
