Mumbai: Alia Bhatt, who has been shooting and dubbing for her film Shandaar and working on her endorsements, has no time to work out. Apparently, her trainers have been asked to leave a midnight slot open for the actress.
“You don’t have to be an actor to understand the importance of being fit. Making work hours and hectic schedules an excuse to escape working out, isn’t my style,” she says.
After her battle with the bulge, Alia has been extra cautious about keeping in shape.
“Her sister Shaheen too accompanies her for the workout sessions. It’s commendable how she keeps up with long grueling work hours and a strenuous gym routine,” says a source close to the actress.
