Ranbir Kapoor's 'Jagga Jasoos' character written on the lines of 'Tintin'?

Mumbai: We’ve been itching to a get a gist of the Ranbir Kapoor starrer ‘Jagga Jasoos’ story. There have been plenty of rumours suggesting the film is a musical, and Ranbir plays a teenage detective.

According to a report in DNA After Hours, Katrina Kaif, (Ranbir’s JJ co-star) confirmed the film is an emotional musical. She was quoted as saying, “People have asked me if there are 20 songs in the film. I think that's something totally insane. I cannot tell you how many songs are there but it is a musical film in the traditional sense.”

That’s not all an insider revealed that the film is the first of three instalments. That’s right, ‘Jagga Jasoos’ will be made into a trilogy, similar to other popular detective series.

“For the first instalment, he plays a teenager, for the second, a guy in his mid-20s and for the last edition, he will be in his late 30s,” the source was quoted as saying.

According to the report Ranbir’s character has been written on the lines of the popular detective comic series Tintin.
