Mumbai: Amitabh Bachchan, Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone who have been shooting for the second schedule of Shoojit Sircar’s film ‘Piku’ on Friday had a little celebration on the sets of the film. To mark Amitabh Bachchan's last day on the shoot, the team through a small party, complete with confetti and glitter.
The team shot in a number of locations for the film including Kolkata, Delhi and Ahmedabad. Irrfan Khan recently took to Twitter to share a special moment with the living legend behind the scenes.
He posted, “@SrBachchan 's last day of the shoot for #PIKU# couldn't resist , I had to kiss him..(sic)”.
The team rehearsed the scenes a couple of days ago at a local dhaba, and had a lot of fun working with each other.
Amitabh Bachchan also shared his excitement on his last day, and tweeted about the wrap-up:

The makers have successfully managed to keep the story under wraps, just highlighting the uncanny father-daughter relationship of Amitabh and Deepika.
This is the second time Deepika and Amitabh will be essaying the role of father-daughter after 'Aarakshan'.
The film is scheduled to release next year in April.
