Don’t arrest YSRC MLA Bhuma Nagireddy, orders Hyderabad High Court

Hyderabad: Justice T. Sunil Chowdary of the Hyderabad High Court on Monday directed the police not to arrest Bhuma Nagireddy, YSRC MLA of Nandyal constituency in Kurnool district for a period of two weeks.

The judge was granting interim order in a case pending against the MLA under the SC and ST Atrocities Act with regard to clash between the Telugu Desam councilors and the MLA during the meeting of the Nandyal Municipal council.
