The actor has transformed from being skinny in 'Nightcrawler' to a bruising brawler
Gyllenhaal has bulked up for the boxing drama
Actor Jake Gyllenhaal underwent quite the transformation for 'Nightcrawler' and now it has been revealed that he had to do the same sort of heavy makeover for 'Southpaw'. For the former, the actor lost a good bit of weight but for the latter, which is a boxing drama, he had to bulk up for the role. Golden Globe Awards tweeted out this picture of the 33-year-old and let’s just say he appears to have been hitting the gym rather hard.
