Kalki Koechlin bags the best actress award at Black Nights Film Festival

Mumbai: Kalki Koechlin has been grabbing eyeballs with her back-to-back performances and now the 'Happy Ending' actress has bagged the best actress award Black Nights Film Festival that was held in Tallinn. A visibly excited Kalki took to social media to express her excitement.

Yay!!! 'The Best Actress went to Kalki Koechlin for her role in “Margarita, with a Straw” (India).' Black Nights Film Festival Tallinn.

While Kalki wasn't present to recieve her award, Director Nilesh Maniyar took the same on her behalf.

Directed by Shonali Bose and produced by Sonali & Nilesh Maniyar 'Margarita, with a Straw' tells the story of a young woman living with cerebral palsy and her struggle with the normal activities in her life. The film has premiered at various International festivals but is yet to release in India.
