Nine soldiers held guilty of two deaths of youth in Kashmir
5 teens were shot at while driving through Budgam’s Chattergam area in Maruti 800
Srinagar: In a swift inquiry, the Army found nine soldiers guilty of killing two Srinagar youths when they opened fire on a car in J&K’s central Budgam district on November 3.
In the incident, that led to widespread protests and strikes in the Valley, five teenagers were shot at while driving through Budgam’s Chattergam area in a Maruti 800. Two of them, 15-year-old Faisal Yusuf Butt and 17-year-old Merajuddin Dar, died, and two others were injured, while one escapes.
