KOCHI: Travancore Devaswom Board has opened a helpdesk at the Cochin international airport in association with Dhanlaxmi Bank. The helpdesk started functioning at the arrival area of the domestic terminal.
TDB president M P Govindan Nair opened the facility on Thursday. Dhanlaxmi managing director Jayakumar P G and CIAL officials were present on the occasion.
The facility assumes significance in view of the increasing number of pilgrims coming by flights from within and outside. The helpdesk, apart from giving information on a Sabarimala tour, assists in providing accommodation at Pampa and Sannidhanam.
The coupons for various prasadams at Sabarimala also are available at the helpdesk which will function from 9 am to 10 pm.
