The film is helmed by internationally acclaimed film-maker Biju Viswanath

The official trailer of Vijay Sethupathi's maiden production venture, 'Orange MIttai' has been released online. It is to be noted that the actor, apart from playing a character in the film, has also written the dialogues for the movie.  The trailer has two Vijay Sethupathis - one in his present day normal makeover, and another as a 55-year-old. The normal version talks about what the movie is about - a 48 hour journey in an ambulance - and his cast and crew. He says that he is playing a college student and he has even done a kuthu dance in the film. The olderversion encounters the normal one's talks with sarcastic comments, like most of the present day anomalous cyber bullies do.

Actors Ramesh Thilak, Aarumugam Bala and Aashritha are also part of the film's cast and its music is composed by Justin Prabhakaran, while cinematography has been done by director Biju Viswanath. The film's first look poster, which was released in October created a lot of buzz around the project and the interesting trailer has definetly added to that effect.
