Mumbai: Sonakshi Sinha is very excited about the December release of her first South film Lingaa.
“It is a great feeling to be working with Rajini sir… he has worked with my dad and he had told me, ‘I had worked with your dad and now working with Shatrughan Sinha’s daughter feels nice’. He made me feel very comfortable while shooting. I am looking forward to Lingaa’s release.”
Sonakshi has three films releasing in a row and she has to give time to promote each. “Yes, I have Action Jackson, Tevar, and Lingaa releasing in a row. Thankfully, I am not shooting for any film now, so I have planned the promotional activities in such a way that I am able to give time to all the films.”
Sources also tell us that Sonakshi has more screen time in Lingaa than Anushka Shetty, and Sonakshi says with a smile, “The film is a period drama and showcases two eras… Working with Rajini sir has been a great learning experience and an addition to my professional graph. The film is all set to release on December 12, on Rajinikanth’s birthday
