Priyanka Chopra had to sit through four hours of make-up before heading to the set.
Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra has been busy prepping and shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’. A couple of days ago the starlet, said that her role as Kashi in the film is one of the toughest she’s ever played, and it looks like the rigorous shooting has taken its toll on her.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Priyanka fainted on the film’s sets while she was delivering a four-page-long monologue. The actress reportedly complained of dizziness before getting ready to shoot.
After which, doctor was immediately called to the location and the shoot came to a halt for around six hours. A source was quoted as saying, “This particular scene during which she fainted, took 10 retakes. Kabhi light baeabar nahin thi, kabhi kisine sync sound disturb kar diya.”
Priyanka Chopra plays the role of Kashi Bhai in the film which also stars Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.
