Arpita stuck close to Salman in his thick and thin. When it came to matters of the heart, Salman was the first one to know.
During the wedding, Arpita even wrote a lengthy note which she asked a close friend, Priyanka Chopra to read as she thought she would break down.
In her speech, she said that she was blessed to be a part of the Khan family and praised her brothers, whom she referred to as her "pillars of strength".
Arpita and Sohail are best of friends, she had even mentioned that Sohail is the one she more often turns to for anything. She mentioned, "Sohail bhai and I shared the same room until he got married - he's like a friend to me."
She was all praises for her brothers, "Arbaaz bhai is like my guide, he always told me what's good and what's bad. Salman bhai though, has the biggest heart. For him, I can do no wrong. Everything I did, he was there to support me."
Arpita always wanted a royal wedding and it was certainly a grand affair. Salman booked the Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad.
While she will taking up her interior designing career, her husband, Aayush Sharma is into family business and wishes to pursue acting as a career.
