India does not rule out meeting between Modi and Sharif during SAARC summit
Modi will leave for Nepal on November 25 to attend the SAARC summit
New Delhi: There is a possibility of bilateral meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif on the sidelines of SAARC summit in Nepal next week.
Answering queries from media-persons, External Affairs Minister Syed Akbaruddin said that India is always in support of co-operative and peaceful ties with Pakistan. He also said that the Prime Minister is keen "to have meaningful dialogues with as many south Asian colleagues as possible"
The schedule of the bilateral meetings is yet to be finalised.
Modi will leave for Nepal on November 25 to attend the SAARC summit to be held on November 26-27. He is scheduled to return late evening on November 27.
