CBI summon to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy

The charge sheet named Mr Reddy as the first accused

Hyderabad: The Special Court for CBI cases has taken cognisance of the 11th charge sheet filed by the investigating agency pertaining to Indu Projects Limited in the alleged quid pro quo case involving YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.

The court issued summons to 14 accused including Mr Reddy to appear before it on December 19. The investigating agency filed the charge sheet in the special court in Nampally on September 9.

The charge sheet named Mr Reddy as the first accused. His auditor Vijay Sai Reddy, senior IAS official S.N. Mohanty are 468,

The CBI alleged that Indu Projects Limited (Housing) made investments to the tune of Rs 70 crore in Y.S Jagan Mohan Reddy’s companies as a quid-pro-quo adjustments for the alleged favours bestowed by the then state government of his father late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, who was the CM during 2004 and 2009.
