Actress met her favourite star while shooting for her B’town film

Rakul Preet, who is busy both in Hindi film industry and down South, met her favourite actor Shah Rukh Khan on the sets of her Hindi film Shimla Mirchi. "I met him for the first time. He was shooting in Mehboob Studios and he came to know that Ramesh sir is here.
He came to meet him as their association goes back a long time," says Rakul Preet. She added that Shah Rukh wished the entire team luck, spoke about his experiences and about how Ramesh Sippy is a genius.
"He spoke to us about his next film," says Rakul. "It was amazing to get to know him. He has always been my favourite actor.
His films have been an essential part of my growing up! Having him visit our set was like a dream," says the actress. SRK stayed for nearly 15-20 minutes and also spoke to the artistes on the sets. "He is a very down-to-earth and lovely person," says Rakul.
