A super-sized cake shaped like a toilet and weighing more than 1500 lbs was unveiled in New Delhi as part of the International Toilet Festival.
'World Toilet Day,' which is celebrated on the 19th of November every year, is an initiative to raise awareness of the need for clean sanitation.
