Sonam Kapoor gets interviewed by renowned French journalist Gregory Heraud

Mumbai: One of France’s most coveted names in entertainment journalism flew down recently to interview none other than Bollywood’s fashionista Sonam kapoor.

Apparently Gregory Heraud who only interviews the biggest Hollywood stars including Tom Cruise and George Clooney, was quite taken up with Ms Kapoor at Cannes when she attended this May.

Heraud tried his best to get our fashion diva’s attention at Cannes.

“But Sonam swished in and out of Cannes with barely time to romance the red carpet and soak in the Cannes climate as she had prior commitments at home. So Heraud did the next best thing. He caught the first flight from Paris to Mumbai to do his interview with Sonam,” says a source close to Sonam.

Apparently the interview stretched into several hours as Sonam held forth on Indian cinema.

Says the source, “Sonam’s father Anil Kapoor is a known name in the west after ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. Sonam was asked a lot of questions about his career as well. For once she happily spoke about her dad’s achievements.”
