As the scene didn't require too many shots in the pool, Ranveer and Parineeti were put through a few hours of training. Most other stars have to go through days of training before they are deemed ready to shoot for the final scene.
The two stars shot the scene in front of an entire cast of divers and their filming crew.
The film was shot in various locations in Delhi, but we have learnt that this scene was shot in a swimming pool in the suburbs of Mumbai.
They were trained by professional scuba diver, Anees Adenwala who runs Orca Dive Club in Mumbai. Anees also owns Underwater Film Service, a company which specializes in shooting these challenging sequences.
