Bengaluru: CCB police on Saturday raided a private firm and arrested six men who were running a fake online shopping racket. The accused have been identified as Surendra Gupta, Priyanshu Kumar, Prakashkumar Singh, Kumar Digvijay, Somen Roy and Amarnath.
They hail from Bihar and Jharkhand states and were aged between 20 and 25 years. Based on a tip off, the police collected all information on Bigshop.com where they had created an online shopping site and were using a private bank’s payment gateway to attract the costumers.
