Meeting will discuss about the implementation of revamped

Hyderabad: AP chief secretary I.Y.R. Krishna Rao is holding a crucial meeting with all secretaries on Friday to discuss the agenda included and proposed for inclusion in Standing Committee of Southern Zonal Council scheduled on November 19 at Hyderabad and also the proposed agenda for Inter-state Council meeting scheduled at Delhi soon. The committee will discuss about the shifting of offices to new capital region and on staff reorganisation. Apart from that, the meeting will discuss about the withdrawal of funds under Centrally assisted state plan schemes and the progress of utilization and drawl of 13th Finance Commission.

For the state plan schemes center has released Rs 8045.97 crore out of Rs 10281.28 crore. So far state government has spent Rs 6526.27 crore. Regarding 13th Finance commission it has sanctioned Rs 4017.28 crore and the centre has released Rs 3094.16 crore. Centre has to release Rs 923.12 crore before next March end. The meeting will discuss about follow up action on 9th and 10th schedule institutions as per the decision taken on 5th November 2014 and status of follow up and sanction of 13th schedule institutions.

The meeting also will discuss Aadhar seeding in school education, Residential schools, social welfare hostels, land records, pension and transport department. Meeting will discuss about the implementation of revamped of public Grievance Redressal System and Guidelines on Public Private Partnership (PPP), Swiss Challenge projects.
