Chennai: The talented Sudeep’s last outing in Tamil cinema, as an antagonist in Naan E, garnered rave reviews across the country, now he’s back in the role of a commander alongside Ilayathalapathy Vijay in his action-fantasy flick.
The actor revealed that he plays a character with shades of grey in the yet-to-be-titled movie, and that the ethereal Sridevi will be a queen in the movie.
The first schedule of the film is said to be slated for 45 days, after it went on floors recently on November 11. The team is currently shooting at a grand palace set in ECR, for a song featuring the lovely leading ladies Hansika and Shruti Haasan, along with Vijay and more than 300 dancers in place. Sources say that the team will leave to Kerala to shoot in a forest for the second schedule shortly.
