It is Naidu who has no vision, says Telangana CM KCR

KCR Criticised Naidu for investing in non-conventional power
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao said his AP counterpart N. Chandrababu Naidu didn’t have any vision and has made wrong decisions. He said the installed capacity of hydel power was 3,817 MW but only 400 MW was being realised to its seasonal nature. Only 280 MW of gas-based power was being realised and non-conventional plants with a capacity of 1,418 MW had yielded nothing.
“We are not getting power from gas power plants but we are paying bills. This is the vision of Mr Naidu. He didn’t invest in thermal power which is firm but invested in non-conventional power, which are not firm,” Mr Rao said. He said the scheduled power in Telangana was 5,053 MW but actual generation was 4,589 MW, as against 4,747 MW of generation in AP against the scheduled power of 4,516 MW.
On the Srisailam power controversy, he said, “In 2003-04 when Mr Naidu was in power, it was 762 feet. These are figures given by the Central Water Commission”.
He detailed his long term plan which he said would secure an installed capacity of 21,000 MW.
