Acharya Nagarjuna University to host youth science fete
Union ministers Smriti Irani and M. Venkaiah Naidu, and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will participate
Guntur: The Indian Youth Science Congress would be held in the Acharya Nagarjuna University here from November 28. Union ministers Smriti Irani and M. Venkaiah Naidu, and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will participate in the three-day event. ANU Vice-Chancellor K. Viyanna Rao said that scientists, researchers and students from various universities across the country will also participate.
“Union ministers Venkaiah Naidu and Smriti Irani will participate along with the CM,” Prof. Rao said. MS Swaminathan Research Foundation, ANU, SRM University and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of National Development will jointly conduct the event. The theme of this year’s Science Congress will be “Science and the Zero Hunger Challenge”.
