Google finally rolls out Android Lollipop
The long wait is finally over. Google has announced the rollout of the next version for Android, five months after announcing it at the Google IO 2014 keynote.
Google has not revealed how long will the updates reach its fans and which countries will receive it first. However, the legacy devices, Nexus, will be the first to have them visible in their update settings.
The update has started rolling out since November 3 and everyone’s Nexus handsets that are applicable for the update will be notified accordingly. If you are impatient, you should hit the update button found under the Settings – About Phone – System update.
As for everyone with other handsets, the update will take a while to reach you. Motorola users would be the second ones after Nexus to receive the updates.
